Board of Directors

The Association is governed by a 7-person board of directors. The board direcrtors are elected by the membership of the Association at the annual association meeting. The directors serve staggered, 3-year terms of office. 

The members of the board of directors are:

Dave Boulter (Seat 2)  Term expires July 2028

Cathy Carter (Seat 3)  Term expires July 2028

Shawn Durand (Seat 4)  Term expires July 2027

Bonnie Kane (Seat 5), Term expires July 2027

Kevin Crowley (Seat 6)  Term expires July 2026 

Chris Holmes (Seat 7)  Term expires July 2026

Board officers are elected annually by the directors from among the board membership.
