The Association holds meeting of the membership annually. The annual meeting is held in July of each year on a date set by the board of directors, typically on a weekend. TH eneeting is typically held the Eastbrook community center. Notice of the annual meeting is given by posting notice at the Town Office and emailing Association Members. In addition to the notice, members are emailed the meeting agenda, draft meeting minutes from the previous association meeting, a proposed budget and other such informational materials that are relevant to the meeting. Meeting agenda items include:
- Approval of the minutes of the previous annual meeting
- Financial Report of the Association
- Committee Reports
- Election of Members of the Board of Directors
- Approval of the annual MPLA budget
- Unfinished business and other matters placed on the agenda
